Position Summary:

We have an immediate need for a senior video editor to join us at our studios in Las Colinas, Texas. The position will serve as a key creative contributor responsible for shaping high-quality video content across podcasts, television-style programming, and social media platforms. This role blends strong editorial judgment, advanced technical skills, and storytelling instincts to elevate content, maintain brand consistency, and optimize performance across platforms.

The ideal candidate is both a hands-on editor and a creative partnercomfortable owning projects end-to-end while collaborating closely with producers, hosts, and creative leadership

Essential Functions:

  • Edit and produce high-quality videos for various platforms
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards
  • Perform multi-cam editing for live events as well as pre and post productions
  • Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
  • Create and design graphics for videos
  • Manage and organize video assets and archives
  • Create rough and final cuts
  • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
  • Consult with stakeholders from pre-production to post-production process
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video editing and production
  • Assist with social media content creation and management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years experience as a video editor
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects and Photoshop strongly preferred)
  • Experience generating AI video (Google AI/Veo 3, Sona, Kling, etc
  • Experience editing multi-camera productions and audio-driven content
  • Knowledge of social media best practices, aspect ratios, and delivery requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, broadcast-quality work
