• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to craft tailored therapeutic strategies for clients, ensuring their individual needs are met.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a diverse group of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and support groups.
• Employ various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with fellow professionals and healthcare teams to provide well-rounded support for clients, integrating various perspectives and approaches.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Valid and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical environment.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards within the counseling field.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with a diverse client base.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team and contribute positively to the shared goals of patient care.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related technologies is essential.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse, trauma recovery, or similar fields is highly desirable.
• Experience working with underserved populations or in outreach programs is a plus.

• Annual salary in the range of $70,000 to $90,000, determined by experience and caseload availability.
