• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients through our secure and user-friendly platform, actively engaging in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

You will be serving a diverse client population, primarily consisting of individuals with stable and low-acuity concerns. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and fully licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Virginia.
• No disciplinary actions on your license.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and creatively, with strong communication skills.

• Experience managing your own caseload and familiarity with teletherapy platforms.
• Dual or multi-state certification for added flexibility in client servicing.
