Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to design personalized treatment plans for clients.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, while continuously monitoring client progress.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic and integrated care.
  • Engage in regular case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of care delivered to clients.
  • Educate and support clients and their families by providing information about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to promote informed decision-making.
  • Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in the mental health field, ensuring that therapeutic practices align with current best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications
