• Prepare and submit detailed documentation for each counseling session, adhering to company protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate and collaborate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and educational staff to develop a holistic approach to client care.
• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance professional skills and contribute to case discussions.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, leveraging the skills and talents of your colleagues to enhance service delivery.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that consider the client’s developmental stage and family dynamics.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses, prepare and implement treatment plans, and maintain ongoing documentation, including follow-up evaluations and case notes, per organizational policy.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual needs of clients, focusing on helping them achieve and surpass their personal goals.

Our licensed mental health counselors work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional or psychological challenges. We aim to provide a safe and accepting space for all clients, fostering open communication and trust to support their mental wellness journeys. As a team member, you will contribute to creating personalized care plans that cater to each client’s unique circumstances and experiences.

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear and concise documentation and interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries while promoting a supportive counseling environment.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems, experience with Valant being an asset.
• Comfort working with a varied clientele in a remote clinical setting.
• A commitment to timely documentation and compliance with organizational standards.

• Previous experience providing mental health counseling remotely or in a community health clinic setting.
• Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and facilitating case management.
• Hands-on experience implementing diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs.
• Ability to navigate and utilize technology effectively for service delivery and documentation.
