• Create individualized treatment plans that are culturally competent and responsive to each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and primary care physicians to establish a holistic approach to patient care and ensure continuity between various treatment modalities.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans based on clinical outcomes and patient feedback.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, introducing them to various resources, treatment options, and coping strategies that promote mental wellness.
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in line with professional guidelines, ensuring informed consent is obtained from all clients.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Experience within a telehealth format is highly desirable, as this will enhance your ability to engage with patients effectively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with culturally competent practices that address the specific needs of diverse populations.
• Experience in utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
