As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at ATI Behavioral Institute, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans following best practices and evidence-based, solution-focused interventions.
• Administer diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), designed to suit clients' individual mental health needs.
• Maintain meticulous, timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA standards and organizational policies.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure cohesive, high-quality patient care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continually enhance your clinical skills and service delivery.
• Provide education and ongoing support to patients and their families on mental health challenges, treatment options available, and community resources.
• Stay up-to-date with current research and advancements in mental health to ensure continuous improvement in your practice.

Your work will focus on providing mental health support to a diverse patient population of school-aged children and adolescents. You will encounter a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral challenges. This role allows you to make a significant difference in the lives of young people, helping them navigate their mental health journeys while promoting resilience and emotional well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current, valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Kansas.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, specifically in providing psychotherapy services in a similar setting.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and an aptitude for collaborative work within a team.

• Prior experience working within school environments or with children and adolescents.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital health tools.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
