The Role
Asย anย Enterprise Sales Executive, youย willย driveย net-new logo acquisitionย for Akkadian's UC automation platform.ย
This is a full-cycle enterprise role,ย from first conversation to close,ย selling into large, complex environments where credibility, preparation, and persistence matter.ย
You'llย work closely with:ย

- Self-source pipeline throughย partner relationships,ย strategic outbound,ย and executive-level outreachย
- Close ~$100K+ย (average deal size)ย withย 6-12ย monthย sales cyclesย
Run Real Enterprise Sales Cyclesย
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buyingย decision-makers and processย

Requirements
Who This Role is For
You'reย likely aย strong fit if you:ย
- Haveย 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experienceย
- Have personally closedย large, complex dealsย into regulated or highly technical environmentsย
- Are comfortable hunting intoย large enterprise organizationsย with limited inboundย
- Bring executive presence and can hold your own with CIOs, IT leaders, and procurementย
- Prefer environments where initiative isย requiredย and rewardedย
- UC,ย UCaaS, or adjacent enterprise IT experience is strongly preferredย because it accelerates time to quota.ย
