You will collaborate with colleagues across various specialties to offer integrated care.

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, employing therapeutic techniques to guide clients through personal challenges.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including progress notes and treatment updates, adhering strictly to HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Engage in collaborative treatment discussions with a multidisciplinary team, developing effective and tailored discharge planning strategies for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and direction to clients facing acute emotional or behavioral challenges.
• Actively consult with families and support systems regarding client treatment updates and strategies for ongoing support post-discharge.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse range of clients at various stages of their mental health journey. Our patient population includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your responsibility will encompass understanding and respecting the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, ensuring an inclusive and supportive therapeutic environment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential for consideration.
• An active state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent is required to practice in this role.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing counseling services in an outpatient setting is necessary to ensure effective patient care.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently and self-directed in a remote setting.
• Proficient in using computer applications relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office suite and telehealth platforms.

• Experience conducting virtual therapy sessions utilizing telehealth technologies, ensuring engagement and efficacy in remote environments.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and improve patient care management.
• Prior experience in crisis intervention and management, specifically in telehealth settings.

The salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
