Job description

Opportunity: Family Law Paralegal | Seattle, WA OR WA State | Full-Time | Remote Settings

We are proud to be one of the most respected family law firms in the Northwest. We take care of our people. Attorneys and Paralegals stay here and build a career. If you are a talented Family Law Paralegal with 3+ years of WA Family Law experience, our firm is where you need to be.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Keeping attorney calendars and court deadlines under control.

  • Drafting pleadings, client letters, and the occasional motion (with flair and accuracy).

  • Prepping for mediations and trials.

  • E-filing, scanning, organizing, and generally keeping digital chaos.

  • Being present in client meetings and helping them feel heard

What Are We Looking For:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in WA family law

  • Nice to have (Not Required) : court rules of King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties experience.

  • A working knowledge of ShareFile, Adobe, Office 365, Slack, Apple products, and Clio

  • Solid communication and stellar writing skills

  • E-filing

  • A strong desire to be part of a team that supports one another

What We Offer:

Work Settings: Local candidates to Seattle can expect 1 day/week or every other week onsite, provided billable requirements are met. 100% remote for candidates located outside Seattle but within Washington State. We are NOT considering candidates outside of WA at this time,

Pay: $35-$50/HR (DOE) (Compensation structure is flexible for qualified candidates)

Billable hours: "6" hours required per day of billed time, the annual requirement depends on how many working days are reflected + discretionary bonus structure for paralegals who exceed annual goals.
