Dane Street is a leading provider of IME and Peer Review Services to the Disability, Workers' Compensation, Auto, and Group Health marketplaces. We are seeking a strong contributor to join our Disability National Account Management Team. The candidate must possess the right balance of relationship-building skills, problem-solving and analytical abilities, and business development experience to significantly impact Dane Street's existing book of business.

Major Duties & Responsibilities Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within existing and new accounts Working with Dane Street's Director of Operations, QA Staff and Business Analyst team to ensure client satisfaction and effective problem resolution Developing strong Manager/Requester and Senior Leadership relationships across Dane Street's accounts Generating strong goodwill within the existing account user base Creating and executing a strategic account plan for all Dane Street clients Growing revenue and referral volume within all top target accounts Proactively identify risks and resolve client concerns Conduct outreach to prospective clients through networking, referrals and targeted prospecting Provide weekly reporting on account health, growth opportunities and sales activities Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed Requirements The National Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of Account Management with Dane Street's client base. An in-depth understanding of the Disability marketplace with LTD claims or clinical experience is strongly preferred. This position reports to the Director, Disability Account Management.

Education / Credentials An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Job Relevant Experience Disability Claims experience in an insurance setting is preferred. 1–3 years in Account Management, Business Development, or client‐facing sales roles.

Experience with outbound outreach, prospecting, or revenue generation strongly preferred. Job Related Skills / Competencies Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a strong sense of urgency to meet our clients' expectations Passionate customer service orientation Ability to confidently initiate outreach and develop new client relationships Excellent time management and attention to detail Strong presentation and negotiation skills Track record of client retention and revenue growth Experience navigating web‐based systems efficiently, including Google Docs Present exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines. The ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines.

Computer literacy and typing skills are essential. Working Conditions / Physical Demands Any lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job duties listed above.
