• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance, ensuring availability for scheduled appointments and team meetings.

• Utilize culturally competent communication strategies to effectively engage a diverse range of clients and their families.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and perform case management duties, including gathering client background information, articulating their needs, and linking them with suitable resources.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on research-driven therapeutic practices while maintaining documentation in accordance with state regulations.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development to enhance treatment skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.
• Contribute to program development activities by providing feedback on treatment models and collaborating with the team to improve service delivery.

You will work with a diverse client population, providing counseling services to individuals and families facing a variety of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, particularly with clients facing mental health challenges.
• Familiarity with culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care practices, along with proficiency in teletherapy platforms.
• Background in case management and resource navigation for clients.

• Annual salary between USD 90,000 to 100,000 based on your caseload and experience level, with opportunities for performance-based adjustments.
