We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join our Document Processing Center. In this role, you'll accurately process and enter confidential program documents while meeting daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Data Entry Administrator – Document Processing Center
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
  • Training: Monday–Friday, 8:30am-5pm
  • Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am-5pm
FULLY REMOTE INCLUDING TRAINING.


Responsibilities
  • Enter data accurately into multiple systems, including HCSIS, SAMS, MAXe, CIS, Compass, and Outlook.
  • Process program documents, including waiver transfers, nursing home transitions, and special case enrollments.
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards.
  • Verify and audit data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Generate reports and identify data discrepancies.
  • Perform database queries and assist with issue resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and management.
  • Support special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
  • At least one year of data entry or administrative experience preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access skills.
  • Strong 10-key data entry skills with excellent accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
