• Create personalized therapeutic programs for clients, encompassing thorough assessments and tailored evaluations to meet their individual mental health needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing approaches that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans, ensuring clients receive holistic support.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to streamline documentation processes.
• Engage in continued professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest mental health research and therapeutic practices.

Your counseling efforts will primarily support individuals and families who face limited access to mental health care. The client population may include those experiencing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. You will have the privilege of playing an instrumental role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, fostering their empowerment and resilience.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma work, or substance abuse counseling is highly valued.
• Proficient understanding of the legal and ethical frameworks governing the counseling profession.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse populations.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies to enhance therapy documentation and client tracking.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
