Description:

Anakim Consulting is hiring multiple Pega Testers to support a government program. The Testers will support customization and modernization of processes and applications through scaled Agile development and process improvement within a quickly growing enterprise case management implementation on the Pega platform.

Job Duties include (but may not be limited to):

  • Support User Acceptance Test (UAT) across multiple Agile product teams for complex hardware and software applications
  • Analyze user requirements, develop test scripts, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Support UAT activities between the testing team and product team
  • Develop, maintain, and upgrade test scripts and architecture for application products
  • Write, implement, and report status for system test cases for testing
  • Monitor, track, and report progress of UAT testing
  • Analyze test cases and provide regular status reports
  • Support Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM) activities such as navigation across features and logging defects
  • Lead and/or participate in risk management assessments and software/hardware development for analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection
  • Track progress against defect closure
  • Create status summary reports
  • Collaborate with Test Lead on recommendations based on the outcome of testing efforts
  • Follow SAFe agile testing guiding principles
  • Lead and/or participate in meetings to discuss and plan testing activities
  • Assist with best practices for elaboration, configuration, testing, and training
  • Interact across teams and/or with vendors, as assigned
  • Other duties, as assigned, according to Pega Tester role/level
