Position Overview

Modern Psychotherapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will primarily engage in remote counseling while contributing to our outpatient facility's mission to elevate the emotional well-being and mental health of individuals. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a hire-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Participate in the coordination of crisis intervention strategies, including designing pre-crisis plans and risk assessments.
  • Document sessions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Utilize validated clinical screening tools to evaluate client progress, collaborating with the clinical team to adjust treatment as necessary.
  • Engage actively in agency licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to quality assurance within our programs.
  • Serve as a liaison among clients, their families, and community resources, building partnerships with state agencies and other service organizations.
  • Promote open and effective communication channels to meet organizational standards and enhance the agency's mission in the community.
  • Investigate avenues for program development and partnership opportunities to secure funding, thereby enhancing service offerings.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development by attending conferences and workshops and representing Modern Psychotherapy at networking events.
  • Embody and advocate the organizationโ€™s mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions and duties.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall objectives of the organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will primarily work with individuals facing mental health challenges, including those dealing with emotional difficulties, substance use disorders, and cognitive impairments. Qualifications
