What began as a stationery company has grown into a beloved brand spanning home décor, gifts, accessories, wallpaper, and more. As our eCommerce business continues to grow, we're looking for a Manager, Performance Marketing & Growth we're looking for an organized, proactive coordinator to help keep our team connected, projects moving forward, and launches running smoothly.

About the Role:

The eCommerce Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping our eCommerce team organized and informed. Reporting to the Director, Ecommerce this position serves as the connective tissue between eCommerce and key cross-functional partners, ensuring projects stay on track, information is shared effectively, and launch timelines are met. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys bringing structure to complex projects. You'll help manage workflows, coordinate across teams, and build processes that allow the business to operate more efficiently as we continue to grow.

We believe great work can happen in different places, so this roles offers flexibility in where you work. You can be based in either our Winter Park, Florida or New York, New York Office, or remotely if you reside in one of the following states: Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000 annually. Final compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

What You Will Do:

Project & Workflow Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day project workflows within Wrike, including project setup, task creation, status tracking, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Support project intake processes to ensure requests are clearly defined and prioritized.
  • Monitor timelines and follow up with stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
  • Facilitate weekly project reviews and maintain visibility into team priorities.

Cross-Functional Communication

  • Partner closely with teams across Product, Merchandising, Brand, Retail, Wholesale, and Creative.
  • Gather and communicate critical information needed to support eCommerce initiatives, including launch dates, product details, creative assets, inventory updates, and approvals.
  • Identify dependencies, track deliverables, and proactively address potential roadblocks.
  •  Support team meetings through agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.

Launch & Calendar Management

  •  Help coordinate product launches and seasonal initiatives across multiple teams.
  •  Maintain project timelines and launch calendars to ensure readiness across all stakeholders.
  • Track launch requirements and escalate risks when needed.
  •  Support planning processes that help the team stay ahead of key milestones and deadlines.

Process Improvement  

  • Build and maintain systems that improve communication and information sharing across teams.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
  •  Help establish best practices that support continued growth of the eCommerce business.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Analytics, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a coordinator, operations, project management, or administrative support role.
  • Experience in eCommerce, retail, consumer products, or a brand environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  •  A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.
