This position offers an annual salary range of $86,000 to $103,000, along with an exciting hire-on bonus. • Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that address clients’ specific mental health needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and standardized screening tools to gather relevant information and track progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement tailored positive behavior support plans that promote client welfare.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with local and national regulatory standards.
• Engage actively in continuous professional development, including attending workshops and conferences to stay updated on best practices in mental health care.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and various service systems, including state agencies and community organizations, to facilitate seamless access to services.
• Participate in all licensing and accreditation activities to uphold the standards of care expected in our field.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, ensuring that the organization’s values and mission are reflected across all levels of service provision.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals grappling with emotional challenges, substance use issues, and developmental disabilities. • A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Possess a valid independent LMHC license from the state of Arizona.
• Strong capability to maintain clinical records and prepare detailed reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ability to function effectively within an interdisciplinary team, exhibiting strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to make sound judgments and critically think to address client needs professionally.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• A background in developing and implementing crisis intervention plans and positive behavior support strategies.
• Experience in providing treatment to a range of patient demographics, including both individual and family therapy settings.
