This role offers a fully remote work setting, leveraging technology to provide telehealth services. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will use various digital platforms to conduct assessments, deliver therapy sessions, and maintain client records. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical judgment to guide diagnosis and treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting realistic goals in partnership with clients and tracking progress effectively over time.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to, individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Monitor clients' progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, employing de-escalation techniques and resources for clients in immediate need.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring thorough documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Engage in collaborative case management, working alongside psychiatrists and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment, actively participating in professional development opportunities and training sessions.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards as set forth by relevant licensing boards and the American Psychological Association.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is mandatory.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with proficiency in various therapeutic methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.

• A minimum of three years of direct experience in mental health counseling, with a track record of delivering successful therapeutic outcomes.
• Experience providing telehealth services and familiarity with virtual communication tools is advantageous.
