• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate individual needs, preferences, and strengths.
• Provide consultation and support in the formulation of crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring seamless communication with the clinical team.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client progress and inform treatment methodologies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing positive outcomes for clients.
• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation activities, ensuring that clinic practices adhere to the highest standards.
• Act as a liaison with local, state, and federal service systems as well as community partners to navigate resources for clients.
• Foster community relationships to drive program promotion, identify innovative partnerships, and secure funding opportunities.
• Participate in professional development through conferences, workshops, and networking opportunities, remaining current in emerging trends within the mental health field.
• Embody and promote agency values and mission through every interaction.
• Complete any additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic operations.

The clients you serve will come from various backgrounds, facing challenges that include mental health issues, substance use disorders, and varying degrees of developmental disabilities. • A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• An independent LMHC license is essential for this position.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. We offer a robust benefits package that includes:
