Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate individual needs, preferences, and strengths.
  • Provide consultation and support in the formulation of crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring seamless communication with the clinical team.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client progress and inform treatment methodologies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing positive outcomes for clients.

  • Act as a liaison with local, state, and federal service systems as well as community partners to navigate resources for clients.
