• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions via secure telehealth channels, adapting your approach to meet diverse client needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for each client by collaborating on realistic goals and therapeutic strategies, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients as they navigate emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges, helping them achieve measurable progress.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to create holistic treatment plans and ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring client confidentiality and integrity in the therapeutic process.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge of the field by staying informed about the latest counseling techniques, interventions, and mental health trends through professional development opportunities.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional or behavioral difficulties. Your innovative counseling strategies will empower clients to develop resilience, improve coping mechanisms, and implement effective life skills, making a lasting positive impact on their well-being.

• Master's degree in counseling or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC).
• At least 2 years of direct counseling experience, ideally in an outpatient or similar setting.
• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating active listening and empathy in client interactions.
• A proven ability to establish rapport with clients quickly and effectively, fostering therapeutic relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a capacity for critical thinking and ethical decision-making.

• Familiarity with virtual counseling tools and platforms for teletherapy.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals with substance use disorders.
• Prior involvement in developing treatment programs or community outreach initiatives.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to successful candidates.
