As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans that align with best practices in psychotherapy.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific preferences and needs of each patient.
• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation, ensuring full compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated and effective patient care.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss therapeutic strategies and enhance quality of care.
• Providing essential mental health education and resources to patients and their families, assisting them in navigating treatment options and community services.
• Staying current with trends, research, and advances in the mental health field to continuously improve your clinical practice.

You will work with a diverse array of patients, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Many patients are experiencing their mental health challenges within the context of hospice care, necessitating an especially compassionate and informed approach. Your role will be critical in helping these clients find peace and support during difficult times.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas is required.
• At least 2 years of direct clinical experience, with a focus on delivering psychotherapy services to a variety of patient demographics.
• Proficient knowledge and application of solution-focused therapeutic interventions.
• Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• The ability to function collaboratively within a team-based environment.

• Experience in hospice or palliative care settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.
• Advanced knowledge of community resources for mental health support.

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
