Job Title:

Social Creative Manager (Remote)

Job Description

We're looking for a Social Content Creator with serious creative chops and a strong strategic instinct. Someone who can look at what's happening in culture, in the industry, and in the feed and turn it into dynamic social content that makes Concentrix impossible to scroll past.
This isn't about managing channels or scheduling posts. It's about bringing creative ideas to life: translating strategy into visuals, messaging, and formats that actually land. You'll work closely with the Associate Director of Social and two content creators, contributing to content direction while owning the creative execution that makes it real.

We're Concentrix. The global technology and services leader that powers the world's best brands, today and into the future. We're solution-focused, tech-powered, intelligence-fueled. With unique data and insights, deep industry expertise, and advanced technology solutions, we're the intelligent transformation partner that powers a world that works, helping companies become refreshingly simple to work, interact, and transact with. We shape new game-changing careers in over 70 countries, attracting the best talent.

Our game-changers around the world have devoted their careers to ensuring every relationship is exceptional. And we're proud to be recognized with awards such as "World's Best Workplaces," "Best Companies for Career Growth," and "Best Company Culture," year after year.

About the Role

We're looking for a Social Content Creator with serious creative chops and a strong strategic instinct. Someone who can look at what's happening in culture, in the industry, and in the feed and turn it into dynamic social content that makes Concentrix impossible to scroll past.

This isn't about managing channels or scheduling posts. It's about bringing creative ideas to life: translating strategy into visuals, messaging, and formats that actually land. You'll work closely with the Associate Director of Social and two content creators, contributing to content direction while owning the creative execution that makes it real.

What you will do in this role

In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people - our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.

  • Translate brand and campaign strategy into creative social content across LinkedIn, short-form video, carousels, and written posts
  • Spot trending topics and cultural moments and move fast, turning them into dynamic, on-brand social pieces before the moment passes
  • Develop content ideas and creative concepts that reflect a challenger brand perspective, not a corporate one
  • Bring visual thinking to the table: not just what we say, but how it looks and feels across platforms
  • Collaborate with content creators and the wider social team to brief, shape, and elevate execution
  • Contribute to content strategy discussions, bringing a creative POV to planning conversations
  • Use performance data to sharpen creative decisions over time

Your qualifications

We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Your natural talent to help others and go beyond WOW for our customers will fit right in with what we do and who we are.

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • 4-5+ years in social content, creative social, or content production, ideally with agency experience or a background that has spanned both strategy and hands-on creative
  • Someone who lives in the social feed and knows instinctively what makes content cut through, across B2B and culture
  • Strong across formats: you can write a sharp caption, brief a visual concept, and think in video
  • A creative who can move fast without losing quality; reactive content is part of the job
  • Comfortable contributing to strategy without needing to own it; you bring ideas and POV, not just execution
  • At home in a distributed global team, collaborating across time zones

What This Is Not

This is not a social media management role, and it's not a pure strategy role either. If your experience is primarily scheduling content, managing community, or writing decks without making things, this probably isn't the right fit. We need someone who can think and create, and who gets genuinely excited about both.

What's in it for you

We challenge conventions to deliver outcomes unimagined by creating customer experiences that go beyond WOW.

Power the best version of you!

At Concentrix, we invest in our game-changers because we know that when our people thrive, our clients and their customers thrive.

If all this feels like the perfect next step in your career journey, we want to hear from you. Apply today and discover why over 440k+ game-changers around the globe call Concentrix their "employer of choice."
