Job description

The Opportunity

At i360technologies, we are seeking a Financial Specialist / Accountant (Key Personnel) to support implementation of Oracle Projects and Oracle G-Invoicing within the U.S. Department of Education's Financial Management Support System (FMSS). The environment runs Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials Release 12.2.12 in AWS GovCloud (FedRAMP).

This remote role defines and validates accounting treatment for project costs, reimbursable agreements, billing, and Treasury settlement. As named key personnel, the selected candidate is expected to remain throughout the period of performance. U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

What You Will Do
  • Support Oracle Projects cost collection, labor and non-labor accounting, reimbursable agreement tracking, and billing.
  • Validate cost distribution, billing, revenue recognition, and related accounting treatment.
  • Support GL, AP, AR, and related FMSS integrations used to capture and bill project costs.
  • Support G-Invoicing GT&Cs, Orders, Performance transactions, reconciliation, IPAC settlement, and closure.
  • Lead workshops, document requirements, map processes, and confirm federal financial compliance.
  • Support testing, training, open agreement migration, go-live, hypercare, audit trails, and configuration evidence.
Required Qualifications
  • S. citizenship is required for all personnel assigned to this contract.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials.
  • Experience with federal financial management and cost tracking.
  • Ability to validate accounting treatment and compliance with federal financial requirements.
Preferred Experience
  • CPA certification preferred, but not required.
  • Experience supporting federal financial management programs.
  • Familiarity with Treasury G-Invoicing, intragovernmental buy/sell transactions, and IPAC settlement.
What Success Looks Like
  • Project cost accounting and billing are accurate across Oracle Projects and integrated financial modules.
  • G-Invoicing transactions, reconciliation, and IPAC settlement move accurately to closure.
  • Testing, training, migration, and audit evidence support a compliant production transition.
