We are currently seeking experienced Drillers to join our team to work in a remote location of Alaska, where you will learn new skills, build life-long friendships, and earn serious money!

Operating new Webdrill customized Epiroc drill rigs, Webdrill is a fast-growing underground diamond drilling Company committed to innovation and excellence. We value employee safety, health and wellbeing whilst delivering exceptional services to our valued client.

Working 4 weeks on; 4 weeks off rotating schedule of days and nights, 12 hours a day or more, at a remote campsite. Extreme conditions, including but not limited to, extreme and changing weather conditions, dust, mud, varying levels of noise, varying degrees of light and dark, in and around artificial light and in an underground, confined work area.

Employees are required to stay on site at the client provided camp during the work rotation. Camp facilities provide dining service, games room, exercise & weight room, and accommodation rooms. Dormitory rooms have Wi-Fi access and a shared on-suite bathroom. Cell service is available through Wi-Fi.

Position open to all US Residents, must be able and willing to pay for transport in, and out of, Fairbanks, Alaska for rotational shift

Requirements

  • Underground drilling experience in a Drillers position.
  • Required to pass a full physical medical assessment and lab drug & alcohol screen.
  • Required to pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Experience leading, training and mentoring drill crews, including entry level Driller's Helpers.
  • Conducting drill moves (set-up and pack-up)
  • Completion of Safety documentation and ensuring safe work practices.
  • Liaise with Site Project Managers and Supervisors on drilling operations.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts at a remote mine site.
  • Ability to work in an extremely physically demanding position in a remote and challenging environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety, team communication and positive leadership.
  • 1+ year of core or diamond drilling

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

  • 3+ yrs of core or diamond drilling experience
  • 1+ yr of Epiroc drill experience
