Job description

Are you looking for a rewarding career in healthcare?  A remote position that offers the opportunity to support, eliminate barriers and act as a liaison between the patient, families and the healthcare system. Become a patient safety advocate today! 

This healthcare professional is responsible for managing the organization's complaint and grievance process; investigating adverse events and other reported events to facilitate understanding of care processes; improving patient satisfaction through direct interactions with patients, family, and other staff members, and working with leadership to address recurrent process problems. Provides oversight for the Patient Advocacy Program.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing
  • VT RN license
  • Two years experienced clinical bedside nursing or clinical healthcare background
  • Empowers strong empathy skills, actively listens and comfortable using remote technology
