Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload, establishing rapport to build positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, tailoring support to meet their evolving needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor customized treatment plans that are person-centered, effectively addressing individual client challenges.
  • Document client interactions and progress notes with precision to ensure compliance with legal requirements and organizational standards.
  • Perform intake assessments to comprehensively evaluate new clients, facilitating their entry into our therapeutic services.
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional development and therapeutic skills.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic care, ensuring client needs are met across various services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with an outpatient population, including a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
  • Current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status.
  • At least one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting is essential.
  • Proficiency in using various technology platforms, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, and email communication tools.
  • Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating a deep understanding of therapeutic methodologies.
  • Comfort with conducting comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in specialty areas such as trauma-informed care, grief counseling, or family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
