Their responsibilities may include assisting with social media management, content creation, email campaigns, SEO, and analytics. The role is designed to give hands-on experience and practical training in digital marketing tools and strategies, typically as part of an apprenticeship program. Digital Marketing Account Manager: REMOTE – C-4 Analytics

C-4 Analytics is a fast-growing, private, full-service digital marketing company that excels at helping automotive dealerships increase sales, increase market share, and lower cost per acquisition. C-4 Analytics is committed to developing innovative solutions for every dealer in every market, and to providing the highest levels of accountability and customer service. We are currently hiring for a Digital Marketing Account Manager: REMOTE as we look to expand our team and support our growing roster of local and national clients.

Who We're Looking For: Digital Marketing Account Manager: REMOTE

We’re looking for a high-impact, client-facing Account Manager to serve as the dedicated advocate and primary point of contact for a portfolio of C-4 Analytics' key clients. This isn’t a passive coordination role; it’s a proactive, holistic management position where you take full ownership of translating complex business objectives into winning digital marketing programs. You’ll be expected to master our core services and articulate their value with authority, acting as the strategic bridge between client goals and technical execution.

You’ll operate at the center of the action, driving comprehensive strategies and managing high-stakes campaign tasks across every internal department—from Paid Search and Creative to Content, Local, and Social Media. This role requires a "do-the-work" mentality to ensure every moving part is synchronized and every campaign is delivered with precision. If you’re a natural relationship-builder who thrives on connecting the dots between client vision and digital performance, you’ll do well here.

  • Strategic Execution & Optimization: Own the full campaign lifecycle—from initial strategy and pitch to setup and execution—across Paid Search, Social, and Web, while conducting regular platform checks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics and Google Ads to analyze traffic, pitch optimizations, and deliver comprehensive monthly reports that translate complex data into compelling narratives.
  • Cross-Functional & Third-Party Coordination: Lead internal teams (Creative, Content, Paid Search) and external vendors to ensure timely implementation of strategies and rigorous task tracking within JIRA.
  • Communication & Presentation: Lead weekly client update meetings and maintain professional, timely communication to keep stakeholders informed on progress and campaign health.
  • Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all marketing assets meet brand standards, maintain regulatory compliance, and receive formal client approval prior to launch.
  • Operational Agility: Handle additional duties as assigned and travel as necessary to support client needs and business objectives.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Must-Haves

  • 3 plus years of Digital Marketing, Account Management or direct Client-Facing experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, a related degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
  • All different levels of technical digital acumen are welcome (and encouraged!) to apply
  • Strong presentation skills –ability to demonstrate value to clients and serve as a trusted digital advisor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to write professional emails to clients and third parties
  • Demonstrated time management and project management skills
  • A positive attitude that resonates throughout your team and the company
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Google products (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) products

Nice-To-Haves

  • 2-plus years' experience building multi-faceted digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Social and email marketing services
  • Google Analytics & Ads Certifications
  • Experience using a project management tool, preferably JIRA
  • Experience working with or in the automotive industry
