A Remote Digital Marketing Apprentice is an entry-level professional who learns the fundamentals of digital marketing while working remotely, often under the guidance of experienced marketers. Their responsibilities may include assisting with social media management, content creation, email campaigns, SEO, and analytics. The role is designed to give hands-on experience and practical training in digital marketing tools and strategies, typically as part of an apprenticeship program. Working remotely, apprentices use digital communication tools to collaborate with their team and complete tasks. This position is ideal for those looking to start a career in digital marketing while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

To thrive as a Remote Digital Marketing Apprentice, you need foundational knowledge of digital marketing principles, an understanding of analytics, and at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and basic content management systems is typically required. Strong communication, time management, and adaptability are crucial soft skills for success in a remote and fast-paced environment. These skills ensure that apprentices can effectively support marketing campaigns, analyze results, and collaborate with teams from a distance.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and executing comprehensive digital marketing programs for foreUP customers. Acting as an extension of each customer's team, this role develops, implements, and optimizes marketing strategies designed to increase rounds, memberships, event participation, customer engagement, and overall revenue.
This position goes beyond traditional advertising management and encompasses the full spectrum of managed marketing services, including paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), content creation, email marketing, promotional campaigns, website optimization, local search visibility, and customer communications. The Digital Marketing Specialist serves as a trusted advisor and execution partner, helping customers achieve their business goals through strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines marketing expertise, creativity, analytical thinking, and strong customer service skills to successfully manage multiple customer accounts while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Some of the things you'll do:

  • Meet with customers to understand priorities, gather content, review performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and provide clear reporting on results, engagement, leads, and return on marketing investment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of campaigns, customer communication, and account activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues, support onboarding, and improve customer results.
  • Apply SEO, local-search, and GEO best practices when relevant to customer marketing campaigns.
  • Stay current on digital-marketing trends, platform updates, and opportunities to improve foreUP's managed marketing services.

Working arrangements:
Fully Remote in United States: You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights in the U.S. and do not require sponsorship.
