You will have access to digital tools to facilitate communication with clients and the multidisciplinary treatment team, ensuring coordinated and effective care.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure an integrated approach to care, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Facilitating therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducation classes that address various mental health issues and promote communal resilience.
• Offering crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning according to individual client situations.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records in compliance with relevant ethical and legal standards, including timely updates in our electronic health record system.

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals struggling with substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and those seeking emotional and psychological support. Your role is integral to fostering a safe environment where clients can express their challenges and begin their path toward recovery.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of one year of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, providing direct therapeutic services.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Candidates who have experience in detox services, crisis intervention, and substance use treatment will be given preference. Additionally, familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and digital health tools is highly desirable.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
