In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy services, taking on a variety of tasks including:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs.
• Formulating individualized treatment plans that incorporate solution-focused interventions and best practice methodologies.
• Utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical records aligned with HIPAA standards to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to facilitate holistic patient care.
• Actively participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve client outcomes and care quality.
• Providing education to clients and families regarding mental health issues, treatment pathways, and community resources to empower informed decisions.

You will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
