• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs, using evidence-based practices to inform treatment planning.
• Tailor therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adjusting strategies based on ongoing assessment of client progress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and our organization's quality standards.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care.
• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews that further enhance the therapeutic methods and outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources relevant to their path of recovery.

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse population experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Our clients come from various backgrounds, reflecting different cultures and age groups. Your work will involve customizing treatment approaches to resonate with each individual's personal experiences and cultural context, creating a therapeutic alliance that promotes trust and healing.

• A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.
