Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of our clients. Although remote, regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers is essential to delivering the highest quality of care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of clients to thoroughly evaluate their mental health concerns, thereby pinpointing their specific treatment needs.
• Craft individualized treatment plans that are specifically designed to address the unique challenges and aspirations of each client.
• Lead and facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices that have been proven effective for various mental health disorders.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the treatment team to ensure an integrated approach to care that supports comprehensive client outcomes.
• Engage with clients' families, providing essential education and guidance to encourage their participation in the recovery process.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with all regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring high-quality documentation of therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications
