• Conduct thorough assessments to inform treatment planning and engage in collaborative discussions with multidisciplinary teams regarding behavioral guidelines, crisis strategies, and medication management.
• Complete all required documentation meticulously and promptly, ensuring compliance with current regulatory standards and enhancing the quality and accountability of our services.
• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools as recommended by your clinical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the design and execution of positive behavior support plans, actively participating in team meetings to share insights and strategies.
• Facilitate ongoing communication with local service systems, state agencies, and community organizations, serving as a vital bridge between clients and the resources they need.
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold and enhance the quality of care provided at Transformative Unicare Counseling Center.
• Represent the agency at conferences and community meetings, advocating for our mission and exploring new avenues for partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Foster a culture of professional growth by pursuing continuous education, attending professional development opportunities, and remaining abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Support the integration of our agency's values and philosophies into all aspects of client care, working to uphold our commitments to wellness and recovery.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with the mission of the organization.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• An independent LMHC license issued by the state board is required for practice.
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining clinical records and preparing detailed reports that meet the highest professional standards.
• Proficient in collaborating within an interdisciplinary team, valuing diverse perspectives to enhance client outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Prior experience in community mental health settings, particularly in roles involving substance abuse recovery or developmental disability support.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored for diverse populations.
