Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop detailed treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion of all necessary paperwork.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools as determined by our clinical team to provide the highest quality of care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans, fostering client engagement.
  • Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold our center's commitment to high standards of care.
  • Serve as a vital liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive support.
  • Establish and nurture open communication channels to meet contract standards and advance Alvita’s mission within the community.
  • Build relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote our programs, seek funding opportunities, and create new partnerships.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and task forces, continually enhancing your skills and expertise.

Qualifications
