This position is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth technology to connect with clients and deliver therapeutic support. • Conduct individual therapy and group therapy sessions for clients with varying mental health challenges, ensuring evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) are employed effectively.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with agency policies and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, attending meetings and conferences to communicate client progress and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Assist in refining on-unit programming and participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance the collective skill set of the counseling team.
• Foster a therapeutic alliance with clients, employing strong communication skills to build rapport and facilitate open dialogue that supports their recovery journey.

You will work with a varied population of clients encountering mood disorders, anxiety, stress-related issues, and life transitions. Your insight and experience will guide individuals through their unique journeys, helping them understand their mental health, build coping strategies, and achieve personal goals. The remote telehealth setting will allow you to reach clients in diverse geographical areas, expanding your impact.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Proficient knowledge and application of evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders.
• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology, enabling effective collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with a diverse clientele.

• A proven track record in achieving successful therapeutic outcomes with a focus on mood disorders.
• Experience in a collaborative, multidisciplinary treatment environment is highly valued.
• Familiarity with telehealth services and platforms will be considered an asset, helping you navigate the unique aspects of remote counseling.

• The position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, alongside potential performance-based bonuses.
