Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, evidence-based individual and group therapy to clients, tailored to their unique needs and backgrounds.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, adhering to agency standards and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals in treatment team meetings, contributing to the development and review of comprehensive treatment plans.
• Engage in professional development by attending staff meetings, training sessions, and relevant workshops to stay current in therapeutic practices.
• Support community outreach efforts by participating in initiatives to promote mental health awareness and access to services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied clientele, including individuals struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our client base is culturally diverse, and you will have the opportunity to apply your clinical skills to make a real difference in their lives. Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Strong communication skills and an ability to establish meaningful relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to ethical practice and continual professional development in the field of mental health.

Preferred Experience

• A proven success record in treating mood disorders and a range of mental health conditions.
• Experience working collaboratively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated care.
• Familiarity with psychopharmacology to ensure effective communication and consultation regarding clients' medications.
