The team is growing fast - doubling in size over the past three years. This is a chance to join a small, high-performing engineering team where your work directly impacts customers and product development. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and after-sales teams to design wiring systems, improve installations, and ensure equipment runs exactly as intended in the field.

Job Summary We're hiring an Electrical Engineer with strong skills in wiring diagram design and a hands‐on understanding of automation equipment and controls. This role focuses heavily on designing, analyzing, and documenting wiring diagrams for our systems while supporting installations, troubleshooting, and continuous product improvement. You'll work with two other engineers and have broad contact across departments, including sales, after‐sales, and field technicians.

Duties Design and develop detailed wiring diagrams using AutoCAD Electrical (EPLAN or Elektra also acceptable) Provide technical assistance in design, installation, and troubleshooting of equipment line controllers Recommend materials lists and design changes for special customer requirements Collaborate with engineering, sales, and after‐sales teams to resolve technical and application issues Participate in on‐site installations and provide post‐installation technical support when needed Collect customer project scope, estimate costs, and design system solutions Review and update technical documentation, manuals, and training materials Analyze customer feedback and market trends to recommend new product improvements Support regional product development and standardization of installation practices Qualifications Bachelor's in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred; experienced technicians with strong wiring design skills also encouraged to apply Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical (EPLAN or Elektra also acceptable) Ability to read and create wiring diagrams Familiarity with embedded systems or programming (C, C++, C#, Linux) a plus Knowledge of control cabinet design and installation best practices What We Offer You'll join a growing team with clear upward mobility and exposure to both engineering and customer‐facing projects The company is expanding rapidly — tripling size in the next five years — offering plenty of room to grow You'll have autonomy and ownership in a role that blends technical depth, travel, and collaboration Hybrid work flexibility: remote options plus site visits for projects and installations #J-18808-Ljbffr
