Replicate Counseling Center is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As an LMFT at Replicate Counseling Center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing virtual individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the diverse needs of your clients.
• Conducting specialized counseling for families and children who meet medical necessity criteria, ensuring all sessions are centered on therapeutic best practices.
• Developing and facilitating psycho-educational groups and workshops, such as parenting classes and community resource presentations, to empower clients with knowledge and skills.
• Documenting all client interactions, ensuring the completion of case materials, program forms, and statistical data as required by regulatory guidelines.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, including charting and reports related to your client population.
• Meeting contractual obligations by delivering a defined number of reimbursable hours while ensuring quality care.

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse patient population that includes children, adolescents, and adults. To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of three years of related counseling experience, demonstrating a strong clinical foundation.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• A self-motivated attitude with a proactive approach to client care, billing hours, and documentation.

While the essential qualifications are crucial, the following experiences are preferred to further enhance your application:

• Experience conducting telehealth sessions, effectively utilizing digital platforms in delivering therapy.
