Job description

Enjoy a rewarding career with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) supporting operations in a very active and high operational tempo as the Associate Manager supporting the F-16 Core Field Service Engineer (FSE) team. This position will be located in Greenville, South Carolina or Fort Worth, Texas.
What You Will Be Doing
The position is responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Monitor risk across functional lines on program and project status, and interface with customers.
Participate in the negotiation of contracts and contract changes, attending customer generated meetings as required, understanding the challenges of fielded personnel, working across functional organizations.
