Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking Solution Specialist with a passion for e-commerce and a love for creating compelling shopping experiences. As our agency expands, we urgently need an on-shore Magento and Shopify guru to bridge the gap between complex business objectives and modern platform functionality. You will act as an internal champion, an external advocate, and a technical thought leader, working cross-functionally with project managers, developers, graphic designers, QA professionals, and client teams. In this modernized role, you will seamlessly integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into your daily workflow to elevate how we architect digital solutions, perform business analysis, and ensure top-tier product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • AI-Enhanced Solution Architecture: Initiate scoping, designing, and delivering complex technical solutionssuch as e-commerce re-platforming, dynamic collaboration spaces, or warehouse management integrations. You will utilize advanced AI tools to architect these complex solutions, conceptualize alternative approaches, and validate your technical vision against client budgets, requirements, and roadmaps.
  • AI-Driven Business Analysis: Lead client requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders to develop use cases, activity diagrams, and functional specifications. You will leverage AI tools to perform comprehensive business analyst work, streamlining the creation of a detailed PROJECT ROADMAP and project backlog that our development teams will use to build the solution.
  • AI-Powered Quality Assurance (QA): Work directly with development teams to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, working product that meets all requirements. You will conduct comprehensive QA using AI tools to test, verify, and validate our development processes, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and agile methodologies.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and oversight to development teams, reviewing work to ensure consistency with InteractOne's standards. You will champion the use of native Magento or Shopify functionality to reduce unnecessary custom code.
  • Thought Leadership: Invent, validate, and implement new development methodologies and architectural approaches to improve our software development cycle and business outcomes.
  • Project & Pre-Sales Support: Participate in pre-sales opportunities, articulate your architectural vision to sponsors, and track and report your working hours on a daily basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Platform Expertise: Expert-level proficiency as a user of Magento and Shopify e-commerce platforms, with a deep background in business and e-commerce strategy.
  • AI Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated strong skills in utilizing Artificial Intelligence tools specifically for architecting complex technical solutions, accelerating business analysis, and conducting comprehensive quality assurance (QA).
  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of designing applications in a Service Oriented Architecture, including RESTful services and API gateways. Familiarity with UI technologies (CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
