Job description

In Order to Join the ELEVI Team you will need to have:

  • You must be willing to work in the Annapolis Junction, MD, area
  • You must have a current and active security clearance with polygraph
  • Ten  (10)  years  of  experience  as an SA in programs  and  contracts  of  similar  scope, type, and complexity are required. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional system administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Must be able to work  Wed-Sun 2pm-10pm
  • Hardware Experience
  • Experience Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop

Some of your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
  • May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
  • Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
  • Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
  • Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$84,400 - $130,00
