This is a remote position for Florida-based candidates. Occasional on-site work at assigned Lee Health locations may be required.

Lee Health, one of the largest not-for-profit health systems in Florida, is seeking an experienced Advanced Imprivata Administrator to join our Digital Workspace Services team. This high-visibility role plays a critical part in expanding and optimizing our Tap-and-Go environment, directly impacting clinical and operational workflows across the organization.

As a subject matter expert, you will lead the administration, optimization, and support of the Imprivata OneSign platform, enabling secure, efficient, and seamless authentication experiences for thousands of users. Youll collaborate across teams to design, implement, and enhance solutions that improve access, workflow efficiency, and technology utilization.


What Youll Do:

  • Serve as the product specialist and subject matter expert for Imprivata OneSign solutions, including SSO workflows and badge-based authentication
  • Administer and maintain the Imprivata OneSign environment, including system configuration, upgrades, patching, and backend infrastructure
  • Deploy and manage Imprivata virtual appliances and associated infrastructure components
  • Perform advanced application profiling using Imprivatas Application Profile Generator (APG) tool
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts (VBScript/EXO) to streamline workflows and system processes
  • Coordinate and execute large-scale deployments of OneSign client software across physical desktops, VDI environments, and shared workspaces (e.g., Citrix)
  • Partner with desktop engineering and virtualization teams on system upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and overall platform health
  • Analyze OneSign logging data and generate reports for auditing, compliance, and usage tracking
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for authentication issues, SSO workflows, and badge tap functionality
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex end-user access and system issues
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows
  • Contribute to infrastructure design and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals

What Were Looking For:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Imprivata OneSign platform
  • Strong experience with application profiling and SSO configuration
  • Proficiency in VBScript and EXO scripting for automation within OneSign
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Microsoft Active Directory
    • Group Policy and authentication methodologies
    • Networking fundamentals
    • Virtual desktop environments (Citrix preferred)
    • Microsoft 365
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale deployments and environments
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage complex systems and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Epic EHR integrations with Imprivata
  • Familiarity with Cisco collaboration tools
  • Experience in healthcare IT environments
