Job Title: Desktop Engineer
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support Windows and macOS-based desktop and laptop systems.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for end-user issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Manage desktop imaging and deployment using tools such as SCCM, Intune, or MDT.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Maintain system and user documentation, asset inventory, and configuration records.
- Configure and support desktop security, antivirus, and encryption solutions.
- Assist with application packaging, patch management, and software distribution.
- Coordinate with other IT teams to support upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in a Desktop Support or Desktop Engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365.
- Hands-on experience with device imaging and deployment tools (SCCM, Intune, etc.).
