As a remote position based in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, you will have the freedom to conduct therapy sessions from your preferred location. We provide all necessary equipment and tools, including a streamlined Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for efficient documentation, scheduling, and billing processes. Our remote work setting is designed to minimize the administrative burden on our therapists, allowing you to dedicate more time to client engagement and therapeutic interventions.

• Conduct remote therapy sessions utilizing a structured CBT model tailored to clients' specific needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of each session with minimal friction, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in weekly case consultation meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and collaborate with fellow clinicians.
• Access continuing education resources provided by the organization to enhance professional development and therapeutic skills.
• Manage a consistent schedule during weekday hours, providing clients with stability and predictability in their treatment plans.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your expertise in CBT will be pivotal in guiding clients toward healthier coping mechanisms and improved mental resilience. By leveraging telehealth technology, you will reach clients from various backgrounds and geographic locations, vastly expanding the reach of your therapeutic impact.

• An active independent license in Florida, such as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT, is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health or a related field is essential; candidates with a Master’s degree are preferred.
• At least two years of clinical practice under full licensure, with demonstrated experience in delivering effective therapy services.
• Comfortable utilizing online therapy tools and platforms to facilitate remote sessions and client interactions.

• Experience with CBT methodologies or other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and tools, enhancing the delivery of virtual care.
• Previous involvement in case consultations or group supervision settings.

The compensation for this full-time position falls within the range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
