• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to pinpoint clients' mental health needs and challenges.
• Crafting and implementing personalized evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique goals of each client.
• Providing individual, couples, and group counseling using varied therapeutic interventions in a remote setting.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care and connecting clients with additional resources as needed.
• Maintaining comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Participating in regular clinical supervision and professional development sessions to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

The primary focus of this role will be on clients facing addiction issues and emotional crises. You will work with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families, who are navigating challenges such as substance misuse, trauma, emotional distress, and suicidal ideation. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping clients understand their behaviors, develop coping mechanisms, and foster resilience.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Must hold an independent LMHC license in Florida.
• Strong clinical skills, with a focus on addiction and trauma-informed care.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients effectively.
• Ability to utilize telehealth platforms competently and deliver therapy in a virtual environment.

• Experience in addiction therapy and crisis intervention is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
• Previous experience in a remote counseling position is a plus.
