• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each client.
• Facilitate comprehensive crisis management strategies by creating pre-crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress promptly to comply with regulatory standards, utilizing integrated software for tracking and assessment.
• Engage with multi-disciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans that align with best practices in mental health care.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our facility meets all mandated requirements.
• Serve as a bridge to state agencies, community partners, and additional service systems to enhance patient support and resource accessibility.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders to uphold contract standards and further our organizational mission within the local community.
• Foster relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to identify new opportunities for collaboration and funding to expand our services.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and representing the agency in relevant statewide meetings.
• Contribute to our mission-driven environment by promoting our core values in every aspect of your work.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support our overarching goals.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals across various age groups and backgrounds who are facing mental health challenges. Your work will engage those in need of emotional support, families navigating substance use recovery, and clients with distinctive developmental disabilities and brain injuries. Your interaction will play a critical role in facilitating their recovery journeys and helping them achieve their personal goals.

• A Master’s Degree in the mental health field is a minimum requirement.
• Possession of an Independent LMHC License is essential to fulfill this role.

While the minimum qualifications are important, preferred candidates will bring experience in conducting mental health assessments and providing individual and group therapy. Experience in a remote work environment and familiarity with digital health records is advantageous, as are ongoing commitments to cultural competence and inclusive practices.
