    • Trial Preparation: Work closely with paralegals and support staff to prepare exhibits, witnesses, evidence, and comprehensive trial strategies.
    • Case Evaluation: Evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, medical evidence, and litigation risks to determine the appropriate direction for each case.
    • Client Communication: Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients and provide a high-touch client experience throughout the litigation process.
    • Case Management: Effectively manage a substantial caseload while meeting Missouri court deadlines, procedural requirements, and client expectations.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
  • License: Required: Active license to practice law in Missouri and in good standing with the Missouri Bar.
  • Trial Background: Significant courtroom and trial experience with a demonstrated history of achieving favorable outcomes for personal injury clients.
  • Missouri Litigation Experience: Strong familiarity with Missouri personal injury litigation, court procedures, and applicable state laws.
  • Skills: Exceptional litigation, courtroom advocacy, negotiation, legal writing, and oral argument skills.
  • Mindset: Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Work Style: Self-driven, organized, and comfortable independently managing a full caseload in a remote environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative professional who can work effectively with attorneys, paralegals, intake staff, and other departments.
