• Engage with clients through video conferencing and online messaging platforms, delivering therapeutic support tailored to their needs.

Your work will predominantly involve counseling clients who are stable and experience low to moderate mental health concerns. Each client is carefully screened prior to their initial session to ensure that their needs align with the capabilities of our therapists. By working with a diverse clientele, you’ll have the opportunity to address a variety of emotional and psychological challenges, ultimately supporting individuals in their journey towards better mental health.

Candidates must possess the necessary educational background and licensing to practice independently. A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required. Additionally, applicants must hold an active license such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). We kindly ask that those with limited or provisional licenses refrain from applying.

Successful candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills alongside a sympathetic nature. Previous experience in telehealth or remote counseling practices will be advantageous, as will familiarity with virtual therapy platforms. Being adept with technology is essential, as you will be navigating an online counseling system designed to enhance client engagement.

The salary range for this full-time position lies between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, rewarding your expertise and commitment to client care. In addition to a competitive salary, full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend.
