Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a fully licensed and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our passionate team. This full-time position allows qualified candidates to work primarily in a remote setting while also providing outpatient services to clients in Yakima, Washington. In our outpatient office setting, we prioritize creating a supportive and inclusive environment that enhances both client and staff experiences. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes case managers, psychiatrists, and behavioral therapists. This collaborative atmosphere encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth, all while operating primarily in a remote format. Regular business hours are maintained, with occasional evening shifts required to accommodate client scheduling needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that adhere to individual client goals and therapeutic best practices.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Engage in collaborative care by communicating effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each client’s needs are holistically addressed.
• Provide crisis intervention during acute scenarios, offering immediate support and stabilization strategies to clients in distress.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health conditions.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health concerns. We serve vulnerable populations, including low-income families, veterans, and marginalized communities, prioritizing culturally competent care to meet the unique needs of each client.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Cultural competence to work effectively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, demonstrating sensitivity and understanding.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills for accurate documentation and progress tracking.

• Experience working in community mental health settings or outpatient care.
• Knowledge of local mental health resources and community services to enhance client care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for efficient case documentation and management.

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
